Typical larger project for us are full house remodels and additions in the 400k to 1M plus range. We have an experienced crew and a bench of specialists for significant subtasks from excavation and foundation work through to finish paintwork.

Typical medium size projects in the range of 100k to 400k would include remodeling apartments or homes without significant seismic or foundation upgrades. The “kitchen-bath plus” hits the sweet spots for many clients – a remodeled kitchen and master bath with a sprinkling of electrical upgrades and paintwork.
Smaller projects in the 25k to 150k range would include custom decks, bathroom remodels, and cabinet or other custom carpentry installations. Also in this category would be replacing worn out windows with Marvin insulated clad inserts.
We wish we could help everybody but in general, we’re not the right outfit for the following:
- Handyman services (although we will always respond to clients who need us to maintain or repair our work).
- Large scale commercial projects.
- TI (tenant improvement work).
- Work involving only one subcontractor specialty (for example, if you just need an electrician or a plumber).
